On Wednesday, 24.08. the Mayor of the Municipality of Ribnica, Mr. Samo Pogorevc and the CEO of Riko d.d. sign a contract for the construction of a new cultural and sports centre in Ribnica. Our company will work together with EFEKT Architecture to prepare the project documentation and monitor the construction of a new public building in the centre of the settlement.
The new building will replace a very interesting example of military architecture from the Yugoslav era. The so-called Ideal Centre was built in the 1980s. built according to the standard plan for the cultural centre of the Yugoslav National Army. The building has not been maintained for many years and the quality of the materials and energy efficiency are extremely problematic.
Our winning design is on display in front of the entrance to the old building.
